TAX
The listed price in Japanese Yen will be charged as is. Japan’s consumption tax is not included. Overseas orders are tax free.
Customs in any nation may levy customs charges and consumption taxes at the time of importation. Taxes are paid by the buyer.
Note: The EPA exempts Japan and the EU from tariffs, although they may be subject to local sales taxes.

Refund policy
It’s a shopping agency service. Please excuse any modifications or cancellations; we will arrange for the merchandise as soon as we get your purchase.
Refunds will not be issued unless the goods is faulty, damaged, or different.
Customs duty or local sales tax may be imposed at the time of importation. If you refuse to pay, you will not receive your package. In this instance, the reimbursement is not available, and resending requires the actual shipping cost.
* Cosmetics, meals, and skin-contacting goods, such as ReFa, cannot be resold if the shipment is unpacked at customs. This applies to all customers seeking for innovative and safe items.
